Your nomination should:

  • Include a narrative summary (up to five double-space, typed pages)
  • Be submitted on 8.5" x 11" paper
  • Be compiled in a two-inch, three-ring binder
  • Have tabs separating the binder into four categories corresponding to judging criteria
  • Feature support materials, including media articles, photos, letters of recognition, industry awards, customer testimonials, etc.
  • Highlight corporate materials, such as mission statement, code of ethics, policies on service excellence, employee fairness, diversity statement, etc.
  • Include an electronic file of your company logo. Acceptable formats are .jpg, .psd, .eps and .tif.
