Explore the relationship between health and stress and find ways to decrease life stressors and manage stressful situations.
5:45 – 6:15 p.m.: Schemes and Scams Presentation
Understand how scams work, what to look out for and how to protect yourself.
6:15 – 7 p.m.: Financial Issues Panel Discussion

5 – 7 p.m.: Free Health Screenings and Assessments
Health experts will be on hand to provide blood pressure screenings, foot examinations, lupus, stress, cardiovascular assessments and more.
